Shipping policy

UK DOMESTIC ORDERS 

Once we receive your order in the UK, we will process and ship it to you within 7–10 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

PRE ORDERS 

Preorder items have longer dispatch times, which will be stated on the product page.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, ready-to-ship items will be dispatched first. Preorder items will then be shipped separately once available at no extra shipping charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

International orders will be processed and shipped within 10–12 business days. Please note that overseas goods may take longer to arrive due to customs processing and carrier conditions.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders:

• Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by customs processing in your country.

• Customs policies vary, so we recommend checking with your local authorities before placing an order.
