Nosredna | 7-day Refund & Exchange Policy
At Nosredna, we take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship and exclusivity of our pieces. Each garment is made with intention — designed to be timeless, refined and unapologetically bold.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that you will be responsible to pay a return shipping fee of £4.99 unless we are at fault.

Exchanges (By Exception Only)
In rare and exceptional cases, we may offer an exchange for store credit. To request an exchange, please contact our Client Services team at support@nosrednaclo.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and detailed photos of the item and packaging.
Please note, Nosredna reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these criteria. Shipping costs for approved exchanges may be the responsibility of the client, unless the error is ours.
